التحضير:</span></h2>

</span><span style="font-size: large;">1- قومي بتقشير ثمار الجزر ثم اسلقيها حتى تصبح لينة ويمكن هرسها بسهولة</span><br />

2- اهرسي الجزر مع العسل والزيت حتى يتحول الخليط لعجينة ناعمة فى حالة إن
كانت خشنة، أضيفي لها الماء تدريجا حتى يصبح ملمسها كريميا ناعما</span><br />

3- اغسلي وجهك جيداً بالماء الدافئ قبل وضع القناع لفتح المسام</span><br />

<br />Ingredients 200 g sea bass filet<br />50 g finely chopped onion<br />100 g fresh tomato paste<br />20 g chopped coriander and dill 5g garlic 50 g finely chopped green pepper 20 g flour pinches of salt, pepper, cumin and dried coriander juice of a lemon corn- oil<br /><br />Directions :<br /><br />1 - Marinade the fish slices in salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, lemon juice, corn-oil, garlic and flour.<br />
<br />2 - Put the above ingredients in a covered bowl in a medium oven for 10 minutes.<br />
<br />3 - Place the onion, green pepper and chopped garlic in a casserole dish and fry in corn-oil for 7 minutes. Before it starts browning add the fresh tomato and tomato paste, cumin and coriander. Leave for 5 minutes at medium temperature.<br />
<br />4 - Add the green coriander and dill, and spilt the whole mixture into two.<br />
<br />5 - Take a crockery tagen and put in the first half of the tomato sauce. Add a layer of marinated fish, then cover with the remainder of the tomato sauce.<br />
<br />6 - Place some tomato slices on the top to prevent burning .<br />
<br />7 - Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes.<br />

2 cups chickpeas<br />1 onion, finely chopped<br />3 garlic cloves, chopped<br />4 tablespoons olive oil<br />2 lemons, juice of<br />3 tablespoons vinegar<br />1 teaspoon cumin<br />1 pinch salt<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />1<br />Soak the chickpeas (if they are not canned) in water for 12 hours. If you use canned garbanzo beans then skip this step and step 2 as here in Egypt we buy raw chickpeas.<br />2<br />Boil the chickpeas in hot water till totally cooked; drain and set aside till it cools down.<br />3<br />In a big bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, cumin, salt and lemon; mix very well.<br />4<br />Add the chopped onion and garlic; mix thoroughly and set aside for 20 minutes.<br />5<br />Add the chickpeas; mix well and enjoy <br />

1 tablespoon olive oil<br />1 medium onion, finely chopped<br />1 cup lentils<br />1 cup water<br />1/4 teaspoon pepper<br />1/4 teaspoon cumin<br />2 cups water<br />2 cups long grain white rice<br />1/2 teaspoon salt<br /><br />Directions:<br /><br />1 Heat oil in pan, add onion and fry for 3 minutes<br /><br />2 Add lentils, water, pepper and cumin<br /><br />3 Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil<br />
<br /> 4 Add rice and salt and continue to boil<br />
<br />5 <br />Then reduce heat to low, cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes<br /><br />6 Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve.<br />

عملية التمثيل الغذائي هي العملية المسؤولة عن حرق السعرات الحرارية داخل
الجسم، وتتباطأ عملية التمثيل الغذائي مع التقدم في السن مما يسبب زيادة
الوزن حتى مع الالتزام بنفس النظام الغذائي. ويفيد خبراء التغذية بأن هناك
العديد من الأخطاء في نظام التغذية يجب تجنبها للتغلب على تباطؤ التمثيل
الغذائي. تعرفي معنا إلى هذه الأخطاء وتجنبيها حتى تحتفظي برشاقتك ووزنك
الصحي طوال الوقت.<br /> عدم تناول كميات كافية من الطعام<br /> تقليل كمية

الحيوية ومنها عملية التمثيل الغذائي. تناول كوب واحد من الشاي يومياً يرفع
التمثيل الغذائي بنسبة 12%.<br /> تناول الكربوهيدرات المكررة<br /> استبدلي
الدقيق الابيض بدقيق القمح الكامل في المخبوزات والمعكرونة. واحصلي على
الالياف الغذائية عن طريق تناول الخضراوات والفواكه بانتظام.<br /> شرب الماء غير بارد<br />
ينصح خبراء التغذية بتناول 6 أكواب من الماء البارد يومياً لتحفيز حرق
السعرات الحرارية، فالجسم يستهلك سعرات أكثر لرفع حرارة الماء البارد عند
تناوله.<br /> تناول الأطعمة الملوثة بالمبيدات<br /> المبيدات التي تستخدم مع
المزروعات تتداخل مع عملية التمثيل الغذائي وتسبب تباطؤها. والحل لذلك هو
اختيار الانواع العضوية خاصة الخوخ، التفاح، الفلفل، الكرفس، النكتارين،
الفراولة، الكرز، الخس، العنب والكمثري فهذه الانواع تحتفظ بالمبيدات بصورة
كبيرة.<br /> نقص البروتين في الوجبات<br /> أضيفي البروتين بمختلف صوره الى
كل وجباتك الغذائية لتحفيز التمثيل الغذائي بصورة كبيرة. يمكنك تناول
اللحوم خالية الدهن، الزبادي أو اضافة ملعقتين من المكسرات لوجباتك.<br /> نقص الحديد في وجباتك<br />
الحديد ضروري لنقل الأكسجين للعضلات لبدء عملية التمثيل الغذائي، ونقص
الحديد يؤثر بالسلب على كفاءة حرق السعرات الحرارية. أكثري من تناول
الأطعمة الغنية بالحديد مثل اللحوم الحمراء، الجرجير، السبانخ، الفاصوليا
والمحار.<br /> نقص الفيتامين D<br /> الفيتامين D عنصر أساسي لعملية التمثيل
الغذائي ويعاني معظم الناس من نقص هذا الفيتامين الحيوي. يتوفر هذا
